Privacy

What we store

The PDF you upload, the findings we extract from it, and — if you give us one — your email address. That is all. We do not ask for your name, your phone number, or an account.

How long we keep the document

Your uploaded PDF is deleted automatically after 30 days. We keep it that long so your plan can be rebuilt if something goes wrong, and no longer. The findings we extracted stay with your plan so the link keeps working.

Who can see your plan

Only you. Plans are tied to your browser session or to the emailed link, they are never listed publicly, and they are explicitly excluded from search engines. If you open your plan link on another device, it works only because the emailed link carries a token — treat that email as you would any private link.

What we never do

• We do not sell your report, your email, or anything derived from them.
• We do not share your report with contractors unless you ask us to act on a finding.
• We do not use your report to train models.

Analytics

We measure how the product is used — uploads, plans viewed, actions requested — so we can tell whether it works. Analytics load only with your consent, and the events carry an opaque inspection id rather than anything about your home.

Deleting your data

Reply to any email we have sent you and ask. We will delete your plan, your findings, and your email address.
